I have visited this facility approximately 20 times over the past year.

I would not send my worst enemy to this facility. The staff is incompetent at best, and negligent at worst. Most visits, I'm leaning towards negligent. No basic nursing knowledge. Horrible patient care. Incomplete record keeping. Patients are often laying in their own urine. Nursing staff does not take appropriate action and has even made crucial, inexcusable mistakes.

I am repulsed by this facility and pray for the residents that are stuck there.
