My sister-in-law has been there 4 days and essentially been ignored. Had to lie in her urine for 45 munites becuase no one would answer call button to get her to the restroom.
Missed physical therapy sessions because therapist either did not show up or pushed appointment so that adequate therapy was not received.
HORRIBLE FOOD! Did not even ask about dietary needs until she had been there 3 days - is a DIABETIC!
Threw up on floor because no one would respond to call button.
Terrible place for anyone you care about!.

I was very impressed with the Boyington. The rehab unit was very neat and clean and there was absolutely no odor in the building. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I loved that the doctors made rounds more than once a week and the care was very good. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab for themselves or a family member.

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Lots of favoritism going on staff wise. Lots of shady under the table BS if you ask me. NEVER WORK HERE OT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! THEYRE TERRIBLE!!

Recently my mother had a stroke and I admitted her to the Boyington for in-patient therapy. The day we toured the facility, it was quite impressive. We were told that she would receive 3 hours of therapy a day and that the in-patient therapy rooms were separate from the nursing home rooms. Well, she was admitted on a wednesday and I got her out of there the following tuesday. She DID NOT receive 3 hours of therapy a day, only about 15 minutes a day. She had full access to the nursing home area which I was not happy about. She needed to keep a positive attitude and being exposed to the less healthy patients in the nursing home was, I felt, detrimental to her mental state. She was on a strict diet of low cholesterol, low sodium, low fat diet. One evening at dinner time she was given someone else's meal which had fettucini alfredo on it. She was also not given one of her medications that she was to take twice a day. She got it once a day. Her doctor that I chose for her was Dr. Boles. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The minute he heard that I was going to take my mother out of this home he was on the phone calling me, telling me that she still had cognitive issues, and that he doesn't get paid to make phone calls, that he was doing so out of the concern for my mother. I could not believe that he said that to me. Then the next day we had a conference call and he made it a point to let me know that he came in for the conference call on his day off and of course didn't get paid for that. Well, now that my mother is back at home, I guess he isn't getting paid from her medicare anymore either. Very unprofessional doctor. After getting my mother out of this hell hole I scheduled her for out patient therapy and guess what? She doesn't need therapy, she's doing that well, and no thanks to the Boyington. The little bit of therapy that they did give her was so below her level, a child could do what they had her doing. Totally disgusted with the Boyington and all their lies. It was quite obvious that all they were after was money. They could care less about the patient. Maybe that's why there were so many empty beds.
