Yes, it was convenient

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

My father had several issues including memory issues. My brother is a person with a developmental disability. I have been dealing with residential facilities for the past ten years. I recommend Bear Creak to all my friends. I can not say the same for the other facilities that we have dealt with. Thank you for making my father's last days his best days in years. I really appreciated everything everyone did for both of us.
