The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They are not very helpful,they send males cna to give older lady's shower. they get angry when you ask question's. patient's are screaming for help and know one comes, i will never put my family back their again. nothing work's and it smell's

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Absolutely, they were an expert!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
