This place is easy get get an admissions appointment. Admission of my family member was easy too. However, when asking a very simple question about the planned physical therapy for my family member, the head therapist resting at her desk said, "I really don't have time for this. Don't bother me now. Come back at my convenience. I'm super busy." Not a good way to introduce one's self to the paying public. Also, there is an excessive amount of noise in this place day and night. TV's blaring during the day and a timed sound that resembles a train or sports whistle goes off ever 2-minutes or so, day and night. I asked a nurse about the whistle and she said, "It's someones room alarm and you get used to it." Furthermore, I observed patients sitting in wheelchairs in the halls, largely ignored by the staff screaming at the top of their lungs, day and evening. This would be a tough place for anyone to get any rest or therapy and I didn't see a real connection to caring for the patients.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
