Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. Y ou can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The staff is full of very special people.
