Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I didn't gain much from my appointment with this provider. Don't think I'll have much good to say if someone asks me about it. I was surprised when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I think adding another person to this provider's front office would have improved things.

Some of the nurses were nice and friendly, others weren't, and some of the night staff were just gruff and uncaring if you had a problem/concern. The social workers acted like they cared about you and helping you, but they really didn't... One said he'd find time to talk to me and never did, another said she's help with my home situation before release, but didn't at all. Also, even if you have no problems with addiction of any sort, you are put into a wing with addicts, some of them with terrible dispositions, and if you are female, you will have a very creepy time with old addict perverts coming onto you and touching you inappropriately. The psychiatrist was smug and distant, which really put me off and made me uncomfortable to talk to him. He invalidated my feelings and acted superior. This place is a joke and a half. I would rather die than ever end up in a place like this again.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

This is a terrible treatment facility for the mentally ill. It's all about the money. My daughter stated she was provoked on several occasions by the staff doctor. There was also a problem with the billing department. They refused to return calls for questions. Next thing we know we are faced with lawsuit threats. Stay away!
