In two months I have lost over 21 pounds and can actually say that the program is sustainable. I have not had to give up many things I enjoy eating, I don’t feel hungry from starvation, and I don’t spend 3 hours a day in the gym. In fact, I didn’t work out at all during the first month. I feel great, have no health issues, and everyone notices the change. The only downside is that I may have to buy new clothes. Dr Sicat is very personable and is just as excited about your progress as you are. His staff is top notch and very helpful. The other big help is that his plans don’t require you to buy proprietary foods, drinks, vitamins, and other junk that other weight loss programs do. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Dr Sicat to anyone who is serious about getting healthy and losing weight.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule.
I was one of Dr. Sicats fist patients, he is very attentive and it they do indeed take extra steps to insure excellent care. After seven years it s generally known that he is one of the best physician in private practice. Few doctors come up to the caliber of Dr. Sicat, and that's ah fact.
