One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I have more than once recommended them to my friends and people I've met. They are the best of the best! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Dr Kandula has done a wonderful job for our family. I and my children have gone to him for simple sinus infections to my son not being able to hear and for ear tube placement. They did an excellent job with my son. They were able to get a 2 year old to cooperate for a hearing test. Wow!! Not always an easy feat.
They were ever so knowledgable and made sure I was educated also.
If I have any concerns they make sure to get us in right away. I have been nothing but pleased with the service.
