They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The office was easy enough to find. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
