They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was to the i-90 expressway. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
