Accessibility: Had a dental emergency over the weekend, left a message on Friday evening, didn't get a response till Monday, just to get an appointment on Tuesday, but got charged as an Emergency?? Made a follow up appointment, secretary couldn't get me a time that would work with my schedule....but according to them..."WE ARE FLEXIBLE"?
Helpfulness: Couldn't get an appointment that would work for me, when I finally made the appointment I advised the secretary that I WOULD BE LATE due to them not having afternoon appointments, was told as long as you make it within the 10 minute grace time. Arrived to my appointment and was told that I was not going to be seen due to being 12 minutes late. I asked if they could ask the Dr. the secretary said "NO!" He was the one who said if you were late to advise you that you would not be seen. So much for patient care....
Quality of care: On the first appointment, waited for 15-20 minutes in the lobby, waited another 5-8 minutes in a dental room. Dr. advised us of what he was to perform but that couldn't guarantee it....later found out through another dentist that there are modern options for the dental work we were about to get. I Hesitated about keeping my appointment but still gave it a try. Turned out that we weren't seen due to being 12 min. late. It's really a shame to see and feel like it is ALL ABOUT THE $$$ and not the quality of care for a patient. Don't be late for this dentist because it's...NEXT....TIME IS MONEY!!

I want to write a review to tell everyone of my grandsons experience with this dentist but I will not all I can say is that my grandkids will not be going back to see him. If the dentist would like to speak with me about it he can email me.

Dr. Short is a wonderful Dentist. He is great with children and adults. He takes his time to explain to his patients what is going on. My daughter (6 years old) is always a little scared when we first arrive at any dentist office, but he talks with her and never gets upset when she won't cooperate. In the end she loosens up and he takes care of the problem. He is GREAT! And the people in his office are just as wonderful. Friendly, nice and helpfull.
