When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

The medical staff and doctors are just amazing. Having taken care of several family members I have found that the quality of care at the Endoscopy Center and Dr. Ronnie Smith to be of the highest quality. Not only do you get the best medical care with up-to-date equipment you also get hometown southern hospitality. The doctors and staff have great compassion and genuine care for their patients.
