They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Graeme Smith, DC's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Graeme Smith, DC always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when Graeme Smith, DC informed me of what was learned at the latest conference attended and how it was incorporated into the practice. Graeme Smith, DC puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
