I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was so incredibly happy with the extreme friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers and found it here. Dr. Rappaport took his time and addressed all my questions and concerns.
