Dr. Graffs office is one I can walk into and feel very glad I chose this doctor. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Dr. Graff goes out of his way to help, and and treats you with the utmost respect. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
