They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Roberts saved my life. My PCP missed obvious vitamin deficiencies and severe anemia for months on months. In the first few minutes with Dr. Roberts she identified the problem. In two months, I was almost back to normal levels (I had been in critically deficient levels). She is awesome! I plan on moving to the southside but I will travel however long to see her!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Roberts is the BEST.

Dr Roberts and her staff are wonderful. She genuinely cares about her patients' well being and will address any concerns I have. Her staff is courteous and knowledgable. I was not kept waiting long either in the waiting area or the exam room. And my health is improving since seeing the Dr for a thyroid issue (rather than just being treated by my primary care dr).

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Dr. Roberts is fantastic! She's a no-nosense, I'm trying to save your life type of doctor. She's incredible and anyone who has her as a doc is in the best hands.
