They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They let me look through a ton of before and after photos from other patients, and offered them to me before I even asked to see them. It was obvious that they had nothing to hide, and were proud of their work.

It was really nice and professional of them to send me a whole bunch of informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it, and find answers to all my questions before my actual appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They offered plenty of financing options to work with my financial situation. I was able to pay for my procedure without any problems. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Both the procedure and the recovery process were explained to me. They made sure I understood every step. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I really appreciated that they didn't schedule my procedures all on the same day, and spread them out over the course of a few weeks. That way, my surgeries didn't take as long, and my risk for complications was reduced. I felt like they really cared about my safety and well-being. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

The man is truly and artist! He gave me back something I thought was long gone, my self confidence. I feel so good about how I look. I am the healthiest I have ever been because I feel so good about myself. I have Dr. Moncada and his wonderful staff to thank.

I am so grateful to have found Valley Hand. A girlfriend of mine recommended Dr. Moncada to me. She mentioned how great the office is and that I should at least make an appointment. I am so glad I did, do not want to reveal too much but Dr. Moncada truly has a gift!
