Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I had the pleasure of being taken on as a patient of this physician a couple months ago and have been nothing but satisfied with his care. Too bad all physicians are not as candid with their patients as he is. Since my first visit I have had the sense that he really does care about the success of my treatment for HIV. The same may be said about all the staff at Rocky Mountain Infectious Diseases.
