They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that barely works. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. . I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
