I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, with Dr. Kubinc and he was by far the best I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. HE was wonderful but the lady there i have mixed feelings about.. She made me feel like a number, not a person & disrespected my husband and I. Other than her, I feel that Richard Kubiniec, Is AMAZING and I would recommend him to ANYONE..
