The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They even have a movie theatre! They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Dr. Holderman has a wonderful bedside manner, and is very gentle and caring. He always answers my questions honestly and explains in a way that laymen can understand. He is wonderful!
