I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I will absolutely return. Dr LaCava is great - attentive and takes the time to answer all my questions.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Dr. LaCava is amazing, and will work with you to manage your diabetes to the best possible outcome, and Viva, the receptionist is AMAZING!!!!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
