This office rocks! Going to the derm is not exactly fun at any time, but I don't mind seeing Dr. Rogge. She's professional without being stuffy and always has time to talk to me. Also, an excellent Dr. who tackled my very tough skin problems and found a solution I am very happy with. No one would ever guess I had cystic acne before. When I tell people they don't believe me. She's that good...

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. However, the doctor doesn't have late afternoon appointments. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out pretty par for the course. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that my problem was pretty straight forward as I have been under treatment for it for some time.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist.
