I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. My child absolutely loves Anthony Neri III, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I would recommend them to anyone

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Was this provider's office too cold?
No, it was fine

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

Absolutely, they were an expert!

They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
