They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. My child hated this pediatrician so much that we no longer see them. Their bedside manner was atrocious. They shouldn't be dealing with kids. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
