Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
