Dr. Halapin, is a good Psychiatrist. My only concern was he stopped practicing without letting anyone know what happened to him. I had an appointment in February and he never showed up. I called his office to confim if I had the wrong date and time. He never returend my call.
I called every month from (March, April, May, June and still no return call from Dr. Halapin). My goodness is he O.K. !!!!! As his patients, I think it would have been nice to know how he's doing. We don't need to know personal details but just common courtesy.
I did call the doctor's office who referred me to Dr. Halapin and they informed me that he was no longer practicing and would contact his patients . I'm still waiting to hear from Dr. Halapin and while I've been waiting, I've found another doctor to assist with my medical needs.
I also must say that his secretary was wonderful and tried everyway possible to assist the patients but she wasn't sure what was going on with Dr. Halapin herself. She was not able to let us know what had happend to Dr. Halapin. It's like he just disappeared.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. This provider just up and closed up shop and left his patients in a lurch! This is the 2nd time in two years he's done this and never calls to advise. You just show up for the appt and no one is there!

I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I saw Dr. H in a community health setting for over 13 years. He is no longer with them and I am just devastated. Could not recommend him more highly.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they are very reliable.
