They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Never, they are very reliable.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
