Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time they have always taken me back on time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here I have always had my scheduled appt. The Doctor and her staff always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else the staff is very very friendly. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible and very easy to find. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls and very clean along with the rest of the office. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone one if you are looking for a great doctor then you have found her. I have read all of the reviews before posting my own the good one and the negative ones I will tell you I got a good laugh on the neg ones the staff has always went out of their way to make me feel welcomed always professional, the doctor has always took the time to listen to me, and has never charged me anything my insurance has not left me. For the person who wrote it is illegal to charge for records Iam a paralegal please look it up on line or where ever you would like it is legal in every state to charge for records. Again great practice but dont take my word for it try the practice on your own you will not regret it.

The appointment was re-scheduled on multiple occasions due to the MD being gone on vacations. In fact, my birth control lapsed because the staff urged me to wait with respect to ordering my Mirena bc. They then sent me a bill for over $200 dollars when they were Providers with my insurance. They filed the wrong billing codes and when I contacted the incompetent front desk, they did nothing to correct this error. When I returned to have the birth control placed only days before my old bc lapsed they would not see me unless I paid an additional $200 at that moment. To say the least I left the practice. I had issues with obtaining my Mirena from their office to take to a different practice. They tried to charge me $20 a page for my medical records, which is illegal.

This practice overcharges for standard procedures. The front desk staff is impossible to communicate with and clearly doesn't have a high school education. The MD is money hungry and has no control over the management of her practice.
