I have been a patient of Dr Armstrong's since the early 1990s and can only speak from my experience. I find her is very accommodating with appointments, especially if concerns or an emergency are at hand. I have always been impressed by both Dr Armstrong and her staff who go out of their way to make me feel important to them. Their use of kind, respectful voices, and demonstrations of genuine thoughtfulness, and concerned are of examples of their professionalism. I have never experienced or witnessed any kind of client favoritism, I never feel rush, though on occasion have had to wait a bit to see her. I know at those times she is meeting the needs of a patient and know in kind she will give me the time when I am in need. When Dr Armstrong performed my hysterectomy, she took great efforts to explain everything as well as answered my questions. I also felt she tried to make my surgery as easy a situation as possible. I recall her asking just before the procedure, if from my previous surgical experiences there was anything had been a problem? I explained that when I woke from the anesthesia I always felt very cold but could never verbalize it . After my surgery I awoke to several nice warm blankets. This is just a small example of her thoughtfulness and good care. Her office is also located next to the hospital making it easy for patient visits if you are an in patient. She is also very, very gentle in her examinations and explains everything very nicely. Her concern about her patient's needs and welfare are in my view, genuine. She obviously reviews her patients throughly based on her recall of such things as medication ups and downs, medical history details, and past diagnostics. Recently I saw her for my annual visit while recuperating from a separate medical problem. She pointed out some things from my past medical history that were crucial pieces of information that both my other doctors and I had over looked, even though these things had nothing to do with her field of gynecology. Dr Armstrong displays great confidence as a doctor while being humble way, never discriminating or demeaning she is soft spoken, shows great skill, care, and empathy. Her wonderful bedside manner along with all the above are a rare fine. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. The office is conveniently located.
