Dr. Andersen delivered our baby boy. She was the head OB for my wife during pregnancy (wife also saw other doctors at the same practice). Everyone at Dr. Andersen's practice was great to work with; all stellar doctors.

But when my wife's labor took longer than expected, my wife was actually very happy, because it hit Dr. Andersen's on-call shift. She was by far my wife's favorite doctor, and her presence gave my (quite scared and nervous) wife the extra confidence boost she needed. Delivery went very smoothly.

Also, Dr. Andersen's bedside manner raises the bar on what it means to be a good physician. I'm extremely happy that we found her practice, and would recommend it to all the women I know, without hesitation.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
