Dr. Salvant performed minimally invasive lumbar fusion on my L5/S1 and performed a laminectomy along with intstumentation. I came home from the hospital two days after the surgery and on the following day was out walking the neighborhood and visited my neighbors who nearly fell out when they saw me at their door. He did a wonderful job on me. He is a talented surgeon and a compassionate person as well.

I cannot recommend him highly enough. I though he was going to get another crack at me but he ran off to Newport News before I found I needed the surgery. I was mad at him for two weeks for doing that.
