I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was, it is across the street from the Fauquir County Hospital. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I selected Dr. Michael Ackerman in 2000 after finding out I had type 2 Diabetes. He is also diabetic.

Dr. Mike has been my doc for 8 years now and he has throughout those years always provided the best service, advice, and care a person could ask for. His care of me has always been considerate, up to date medically, insightful, and warm. He has never failed to listen to my opinions and or to address my fears. I wouldn't give Mike up for all the tea in China and should I ever move I will have to strongly resist packing him up to take him with me. I would recommend him to anyone!
