Do not go to this doctor: Initial meeting he spent ten minutes minimum telling me how he is never on time and I shouldn't expect any timely responses to calls unless it's an emergency. The one time I was sick when he "was my doctor" I tried 6 times to get through to his office with no success, they never answer the phone and do not have an answering service. I ended up having to go to an urgent care to be seen. For a physical, they made me book 6 months is advance, then the day I showed up they told me they don't take my insurance anymore and he COULDN'T SEE ME. They said they only way he could see me is to pay out of pocket but that I WASN'T ALLOWED TO SUBMIT TO MY INSURANCE! Then they wouldn't even tell me how much it would cost!!!!!! Worst doctor's office experience ever!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
