They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. The PAs are quite good. The administrative staff are inefficient. The medical professionals were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The doctor answered most of my questions but the PAs can take more time with you. Do not arrive more than a few minutes late or you will be asked to reschedule.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I have never looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I have never needed to complain about the quality of the service because it has always been spot on. I am always satisfied with the level of care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. All my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
