The doctor answered all of my questions. The staff was courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with my visits. The office was very easy to locate, at least when it was on Rt. 7, believe it has moved. I'll be finding out the new location before my next visit.

Dr. Ma is adequate from a technical perspective but had no desire to listen to my concerns and answer questions. I had an outpatient procedure performed and Dr Ma did not acknowledge me once when I was wheeled into surgery - not a hello, use of my name, or any words of comfort. She made eye contact then looked away. I felt like a nameless faceless number. Also note she charges $50-$100 if you change your scheduled surgery - even if you switch weeks in advance. Not patient friendly at all. I would not recommend her as if there is a problem you won't get much information or sympathy.
