They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. It was a little unnerving that they weren't able to answer the majority of my questions. I left feeling a bit confused and frustrated. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
