They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I also called the doctor 3 times and never received a phone call back! So I had to go a whole week with out my medication (which I suffer withdrawal symptoms from) because Dr. Dodd didn't care. I am immidiatley switching doctors because this is unprofessional

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
