Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Dr. Cobaugh is a man of few words. While he is not overly friendly, he is in no way rude. He is pleasant and all business. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their staff is friendly and polite, although not overly so. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been a patient for nearly 20 years, and I've always felt that the office could use a dose of charm. It's run as a business - period.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
