Things went okay during my visit, but they could have gone a lot better. I left feeling a little dissatisfied, but not unhappy. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I prefer to be addressed in the manner that I am used to which is that I am a credentialed Healthcare Professional which is the reason I was a little dissatisfied. I definitely respect Dr. Shields knowledge base, and would like for him to share with me on a professional/clinical level as that is my usual realm of thinking even though in this scenario I happened to also be the patient.

This was my 4 year old's first visit. We sat in the back room for over an hour and left, after getting my copayment refunded. Never saw the doctor. Horrible first impression.
