They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The office was easy enough to find.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
