They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The front desk staff is a bit rude. I thought that both times I was there.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
