Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return, and this is after being a patient for over 20 years.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
