I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I have two small boys, and have had to take the younger in several times. Every time he is very attentive to both, making sure that the older boy is comfortable, even though he's not the one being looked at. Doctor Swensen is thoroughly explains any issue and makes sure that it is understood by the parent. I'm so glad that I found him.

We have taken both of our daughters to Dr. Swenson since they were born. And I wouldn't go to anyone else. Dr Paul Swenson and his staff are fantastic. We make use fairly often of the call-in nurse practitioner and she's been a huge help to us. The office also has a policy of leaving a few appointments open each day. If one of the kids get sick, this policy lets us call the morning and still get an appointment. The offices are older--he's been practicing for many years--but clean and bright.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Swensen is just so nice and really cares about his patients. I moved for a while and when I can back (just two years later) Dr. Swensen picked right back up where he left off with my kids he still remembered their favorite things to talk about and has always been very good with them.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
