I really like Dr Twiggs, he came in and gave us answers to our questions and explained things very well. My only complain...my apt was for 9:30am so naturally I went in at 9:15am. My child and I were taken back to a room and told that the Dr usually doesn't come in till about 9:30 so we would have to wait for a bit. The Dr actually didn't come in till about 10:00am and then he ended up seeing someone else first because she "had an apt that she had to make somewhere else" (I could hear outside the door). So we waited from 9:15-about 10:25 to be seen by the Dr. I will definitly go back, the staff is friendly and I got an apt for the day after I called to schedule it!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I love their office. They have never been anything but friendly and are always helpful. The doctors always interact well with my children and make them feel comfortable. I never take my kids anywhere else.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
