I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
