Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
