Dr Black never canceled an appointment on me at the last minute, and he is a very nice person. If you are going to need a neurologist to fill out paperwork concerning your diagnosis (ie FMLA, Disability, etc.) Dr Black is not the doctor for you, he will either not fill the paperwork out or take so long to fill out the paperwork that your request will get denied.
