I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Reichman is hands down the best neurosurgeon in Utah. It is difficult to get into see him as he has a huge following of patients who know how truly gifted he is. He has a great PA, and office staff. He is the only one I would trust to take care of my son's back. So glad we found him.

Never, they are very reliable.
